1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use the lol646 Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile phone number, email address, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lol646 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized use arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

The minimum deposit amount is Fifty Philippine Pesos (PHP 50.00). There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified or imposed by the payment provider.

All deposits are credited to your lol646 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. lol646 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider or financial institution may impose its own transaction fees, which are beyond lol646's control.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. lol646 reserves the right to reverse deposits and close accounts if third-party payment methods are detected.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the lol646 account dashboard at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless alternative arrangements have been approved by lol646 in writing. The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00).

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests. lol646 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks or request further documentation before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or unusual activity patterns.

All withdrawals are subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. Funds that remain subject to active bonus terms cannot be withdrawn until those terms have been satisfied or the bonus has been forfeited.

4.3 Prohibited Financial Activity

The lol646 Platform may not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. lol646 employs automated monitoring systems and conducts manual reviews to detect suspicious transaction patterns. Accounts displaying activity consistent with money laundering or fraud will be frozen, reported to PAGCOR, and referred to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

lol646 may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, or other incentives to players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the lol646 website or communicated directly to eligible players.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning that the bonus amount and/or associated winnings must be wagered a specified number of times before funds become eligible for withdrawal. 11. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your lol646 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining account balance (excluding funds subject to active bonus terms or pending investigations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

lol646 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.

• Your account remains inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the lol646 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting lol646 customer support. lol646 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes amicably and in good faith.

13. Amendments to Terms

lol646 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or account notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Continued use of the lol646 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
